Awantar is operated by Nikunj Ajudiya, sole proprietor, based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Using this website, or joining the early-access list, means these terms apply to you.

What the service is

Awantar collects publicly available and licensed business information, filters it against the profile you give us, and sends you a small number of matched opportunities and insights — currently by WhatsApp.

Awantar is currently pre-launch. Nothing described on this site is running for customers yet. Early access is offered free and without any guarantee of timing, of what will be delivered, or that the service will launch at all.

What we promise

• Every item we send names its source and its date.
• We do not send items we cannot attribute.
• We do not pad a thin week. If there are three good things, you get three.
• We do not take a commission on anything you win.
• We do not sell or share your details. See the privacy policy.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee any commercial outcome. An opportunity is information, not a sale. Whether a buyer replies, whether you win a tender, whether a deal is profitable — those depend on your product, your price and your execution.
• We do not guarantee that information is complete or error-free. We take it from third-party and official sources and check it as described on the sources and method page, but sources can be late, wrong or withdrawn. This is exactly why we cite them: verify anything before you act on it.
• We do not verify the businesses behind third-party enquiries. Do your own due diligence before shipping goods or extending credit to anyone.
• Coverage varies by country and category, and will change over time.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business — the matching is only as good as the profile.
• Use what we send for your own business, not to resell, republish or redistribute it as a product of your own.
• Comply with the terms of any third party you deal with as a result of something we sent you.

Money

Early access is free. If and when paid subscriptions begin, pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be published here and nobody on the free list will be charged without explicitly agreeing first. You will never be moved from free to paid automatically.

Ending it

You can leave at any time by messaging us; removal is described in the privacy policy. We may end or suspend access if these terms are being broken — for example if our output is being resold — and we will tell you why.

Liability

Awantar provides information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your use of, or reliance on, what we send. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
