What we collect

Only what you give us, and only what the service actually needs:

• Your name and WhatsApp number — to send you the thing you signed up for, and to reply when you write back.
• Your company name and what you make or trade — the basis of every match.
• Optionally: your city, whether you export today, and what you would pay — you may skip all three. They help us build the right thing.
• Later, if you become a member: HS codes, capacity, certifications and target markets — the matching profile.
• What you tell us was useful — so next week is better than this week.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use third-party analytics that profile you across other websites, and we do not set cookies for marketing. If that changes, this page changes first and we will say so.

What we do with it

• Match opportunities and insights to your business.
• Send those to you on WhatsApp.
• Reply to you when you contact us.
• Understand, in aggregate, what is working — so the product gets better.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, share, publish or list your details. Not to buyers, not to other members, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no version of this business where your contact details are the product — the subscription is.

We will not add you to a marketing list, and we will not message you about anything other than Awantar.

Who can see it

Today, one person: me. As Awantar grows, access will be limited to people who need it to do their work, under the same rules as this page.

Your information is stored using standard third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, spreadsheet and messaging services). They process it on our behalf and under their own security terms; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are on the list or a member, and for a short period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask to be removed, everything goes permanently within seven days.

Getting removed, or getting a copy

One message is enough — WhatsApp +91 88499 66262 or email nikajudiya2017@gmail.com. You do not have to give a reason, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to correct something. Either takes a few days at most.

Children

Awantar is a service for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Security, honestly stated

We use reputable providers and limit access to what is needed. We do not claim to be unbreachable, because nobody credible does. If something ever does go wrong with data you have given us, you will hear it from us, promptly and in plain language.

Changes to this policy

If this page changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and anyone on the list is told. We will not change it quietly.
